Digital Campaign Manager

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing our online presence, driving traffic, and maximizing ROI through meticulous planning and execution. Furthermore, you will oversee the implementation, analysis, and regular delivery of comprehensive performance reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive organic and paid traffic
  • Conduct thorough market and audience research to identify opportunities for content and campaigns
  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and others
  • Optimize ad copies, bid strategies, and landing pages to improve campaign performance and achieve KPIs
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine and improve ad performance
  • SEO/SEM Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
  • Monitor and optimize on-page and off-page SEO, including link-building and content optimization
  • Regularly review and update meta descriptions, title tags, and other SEO elements
  • Monitoring and Reporting

  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms to track performance and user behavior
  • Prepare and present reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and recommendations for improvement
  • Implement tracking and measurement frameworks for all digital campaigns
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments
  • Recommend and implement new techniques and strategies to maintain competitive advantage in digital marketing

Skills

  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and Instagram. Familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development concepts
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing and other performance optimization techniques
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a proactive and tenacious attitude
  • Works well in a team environment and with upper management
  • Ability to effectively interact at all levels within the firm and with its clients
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Experience (essential to any successful application)

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing roles with a proven track record of establishing successful campaigns

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from a leading university with a concentration preferably in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
